Carina Prigmore, renowned for her atmospheric landscapes in acrylics, will be leading this two-day workshop, which is suitable for beginners and those with a little experience of working in the medium. Over the weekend you will develop your own distinct style of landscape painting in acrylics.
“This course is designed to give beginners a foundation in the versatility of acrylic painting by developing a range of techniques and getting lots of tips for improving your work. We will look at choosing and preparing various surfaces and I will share my knowledge of colours, tonal values and edges. We will have fun experimenting with different tools and techniques such as acrylic washes, spattering and impasto that you will use to create several landscape studies throughout the weekend.”
All materials, a light lunch and refreshments provided for only £150 for the 2-day course in Kincraig, Highland.
